Accessibility statement

Effective date: 2026-10-25

We want everyone to be able to use www.tcelectronic.com, the TC Electronic website, including people with disabilities. The site is operated by Empower Tribe Commercial HK Limited.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Where we are today

We have not yet carried out a full accessibility audit of the site, so we do not claim that it meets WCAG 2.2 AA. We are working on it.

Until the audit is done, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible. For example:

• older PDF manuals and documents may not be fully readable by screen readers;
• some images and videos may lack complete text alternatives, captions or transcripts;
• some interactive features, such as maps, may be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader;
• content provided by others, such as embedded videos, is not fully under our control.

Feedback and help

If you have difficulty using any part of the site, or need information in a different format, please contact us through www.tcelectronic.com/support. Tell us the page address and the problem you found. We will do our best to help and to give you the information in another way.

If you live in a country with an accessibility enforcement body and you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact that body.

Review

We will update this statement when the audit is complete, as we make improvements, and at least once a year.
