BH250 Product Recall Guidelines
Unfortunately, we have discovered an error in the assembly process of the first run of our BH250 Micro Bass Head that may cause two nuts inside the unit to not be tightened properly.
Only a small percentage of users will ever experience that the nuts will loosen or detach, but nonetheless, it is an issue we want to address immediately and to the fullest extent.
Therefore, if you have bought a BH250 in between July 2012 and today (21 January 2013), please contact us through the adress relevant to you at the bottom of the page.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you understand that our highest priority is to make sure that no BH250 owners will have bad experiences with the amp. As mentioned, only a small percentage would ever have experienced a problem with the nuts coming loose, but nonetheless, we want to exchange every BH250 out there to make sure no one will be let down while rocking out on the stage.
Please note that we cannot guarantee your dealer will have a new BH250 in stock. You may be able to get a new one right away, but it might also take up to 10 business days to replace the amp. You can return your BH250 from February 1st to February 28th. From March 1st, you can still bring in your amp, but it will not be replaced; repair will be done through standard service channels.
Please do not return your amp to your local dealer, please follow the instructions below in order to achieve a prompt resolution. Thanks for your cooperation and our apologies for the inconvenience.
