In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida TonePrints by Paul Gilbert

Inspired by the intro keyboard riff in Iron Butterfly's 1968 classic 'In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida', Paul Gilbert was looking for a 16th note repeating delay, that not only sounds awesome, but that will also help you to tighten up your timing and rhythmic chops!

As Paul explains, this type of delay effect can also be heard in the main riff to Van Halen's 'Aint Talkin' Bout Love', as well as other classic Eddie riffs.

But this TonePrint is not just about choppy 16th notes: rolling off the Level and Delay parameters will give you a nice, subtle 'tail extension' to your tone, as Paul puts it!
