If you experience a problem with your TC product
please first read the TC Electronic warranty policy before proceeding.
1. Technical service through your TC dealer.
Please contact the dealer you bought the product from. The dealer will help you determine the cause of the problem and advise you on how to proceed.
Locate dealersIf the dealer you bought the product from cannot solve the problem, they will refer you to an authorized TC Service Center.
Please note: you will need to contact the dealer you bought the product from, even if you bought the product from a dealer in another country.
2. Technical service through a TC Service Center.
For customers residing in the same country as where the product was bought: if you already know a TC Service Center you can use, please give them a call and be sure to provide the following information:
- The name and serial number of the product
- The name of the retailer from which the unit was purchased.
- A detailed description of the error including the steps necessary to reproduce the error.
The service center will then issue an RMA (returns order) number, which can be used to track the progress of the service case.
