TC Group International A/S (TCGI) seeks an International Sales Manager (ISM) who will greatly increase our already considerable sales and marketing presence in HD & Broadcast markets. The ISM will work very closely with the upper management of TCGI and with its distributed brand partners (Tannoy, Lab.gruppen, Lake, TC Electronic, TC Helicon, Blue and Dynaudio Acoustics), developing and executing strategies for the associated products in their respective markets. This position is directly responsible for the maintenance of monthly sales targets and the management of sales channels required to achieve sales goals. The ISM will play a key role in feeding back market intelligence to the brands.
Duties and Responsibilities:• Responsible for driving and developing the HD & Broadcast market segments
• Responsible for achieving sales goals in the HD & Broadcast market segments
• Responsible for managing sales activities in these market segments
• Lead and manage a dedicated sales team (both direct and non-direct reports)
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners
• Develop and implement product training programs for dealers, distributors and high-profile users.
• Work with marketing manger(s) in developing and maintaining the advertising, trade show and printed promotional plans for the product group
• In conjunction with marketing, gather data and suggest products and promotions that will penetrate the market, gain market share and increase sales
Skills and experience required: • Must have extensive knowledge and experience in the HD & Broadcast markets
• Must have considerable sales experience with proven success and now be ready to take the next step in his/her career
• Must have good knowledge of the technology and competitive product offerings in these markets
• Must have great communication skills and be able to present in front of groups of all shapes and sizes
• Strong knowledge of business computing and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Have great time management and organizational skills and be self motivated to “run the business”
• And most importantly, a great attitude
Work environment/requirements:• Business office in Aarhus, Denmark and/or home office
• Full time salaried position with bonus plan and benefits package
• Requires national and international travel
