One of Ryan Roxie's favorite guitar lead effects, perfect for coloring solos and enhancing whole parts, a sort Leslie-like effect that takes a little while to kick in.

We got a chance to sit down with Ryan Roxie in his rehearsal studio in the beautiful city of Stockholm. Ryan called his rehearsal studio the lair of Roxie 77. We went to Stockholm to get Ryan Roxie to do his personal TC Electronic Toneprints. Ryan decided to make his first toneprint for the Shaker Vibrato pedal. Ryan’s idea for the Back In The Stockholm Groove toneprint was to try and recreate the sound of a song on Roxie 77’s latest album Two Sides To Every Story. It’s homage to the signature sound of the guitarist Elliot Easton of The Cars, a sound he’d use at the end of a solo. Ryan Roxie describes his own toneprint sound as having a nice thick sound. Ryan explains: In a very subtle way it almost acts like a Leslie-effect where it takes a little bit of time. I don’t want it to take too much time, because the solos are all quick in Roxie 77.
