Basement Bash TonePrint by Andrew Levy
Though initially intimidated by the depth of the editor, Andrew is a natural musician and a master bassist and he knew exactly what he wanted for his sound. he opted for a nice tape delay sound with a nice slap that really helps notes ‘pop’. This sound is great for 70s and 80s dance music but has a wider application because it is a nice rounded tone that is neither subtle nor too powerful. Nice, simple and very pleasing to hear and play!

TC’s Tore Mogensen met Andrew at the Joint rehearsal studios, right at one of London’s most iconic spots: Kings Cross. Andrew was easygoing and in full control of what he wanted: “ I love TC stuff and I love using effects for bass. I think they are such a nice way to either support what is going on in the music or as a tool to let bass take the spotlight. When it does, you want things to sound absolutely great and thats what these little TonePrint pedals do.”Read more about Andrew Levy
