You’ll be a key person in the organization. You will report to the CEO and be a part of the management team and have a cross reference to the CFO of TC Group. You will be responsible for the administration including internal operations and act as a close sparring partner with especially the CEO. The organization will see you as the “go-to-person”, having the responsibility for the overall HR management as well.
