Direct Injection: System 6000 and Pro Tools HD
.jpg) | Pro Tools HD users ask for more golden System 6000 algorithms for their DAW. Most of the processing in System 6000, however, depends on its internal infrastructure, and cannot be turned into a ProTools plug-in.
For demanding Pro Tools HD users, there is now another possibility: A Direct Injection cable carrying 8 channals of AES/EBU digital audio both ways between System 6000 and Pro Tools HD. The cable may be ordered separately, or with new System 6000 frames. It comes in two
lengths: 1.5 m or 7 m, has DB25 connectors at both ends, and is available now.
